Booking conditions

Point 1 – Booking & Contract Conclusion

A booking is considered binding once the guest has received a written booking confirmation from us (via email).

Point 2 – Payment terms

After booking, a deposit of at least 50% of the total amount is due within 14 days. If payment is not received within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival.

Point 3 – Cancellation policy

Please note that bookings are generally binding. In the event of cancellation, the full booking amount remains due unless a cancellation package has been purchased. Free cancellation is only possible if you book our cancellation package directly during the booking process on our portal. This entitles you to cancel your booking free of charge up to 60 days before arrival.

Point 4 – Arrival & Departure

Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM.

Access codes will be sent automatically before 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. Delivery times may vary depending on local reception. Entering the house before 4:00 PM is not permitted.

Check-out takes place no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure.

In case of late departure, we charge a fee of €50 for every 30 minutes or part thereof that the departure is delayed.

Point 5 – Tourist tax & KONUS guest card

The tourist tax is mandatory and must be correctly selected as an additional option during the booking process.

The KONUS guest card (free use of bus & train) is issued upon request.

Point 6 – Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Point 7 – House Rules

Lighting candles is forbidden throughout the entire house.

Parties and events are not allowed.

The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded.

In case of violations, we reserve the right to terminate the stay prematurely – there is no entitlement to a refund in this case.

Point 8 – Damages & Liability

No deposit is required.

Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the guest.

The guest is obliged to report any damage immediately.

The landlord is not liable for the loss of or damage to the guest's personal belongings.

Point 9 – Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure (e.g. power outages, severe weather, road closures, official orders), there is no entitlement to compensation or reimbursement.

Point 10 – Data Protection

Personal data will be used exclusively for processing the booking and will not be passed on to third parties unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
